    Groundwork

    • Form the nonprofit and apply for 501(c)(3) status
    • Meet with referral partners in Clarksville
    • Confirm zoning and certification steps
  2. Phase 2

    Fund the first house

    • Recruit eight founding bed sponsors
    • Raise $25,000 for startup
    • Secure a donated or leased home
  3. Phase 3

    Certify and open

    • Hire the case manager
    • Complete state-approved certification
    • Welcome the first residents
  4. Phase 4

    Grow

    • Publish first-year outcomes
    • Apply for state and VA housing grants
    • Plan a second house, including one for women veterans

How we'll measure it

What we'll report after year one.

How many veterans we housed, how many moved into permanent housing, how many found work or income, and what every dollar paid for. Published here, in plain numbers.
